Upstream lists two 40 x 50 x 6 mm, one 20 x 27 x 4 mm and four 10 x 15 x 4 mm bearings; twelve D4 x M2 x L5 bushings; and six M2 x 20 mm shafts per actuator. Confirm tolerances, fasteners and supplier variants before fabrication.

At reviewed commit 5ca10b6, cad-designs.md contains drawings/assembly images, but no STEP/STL package or repository license was found. Obtain editable geometry, machining drawings and reuse terms before ordering custom parts.

Six sets allow five paired-station builds plus one motion-part spare. Check shaft rigidity, bearing fits, runout, backlash and guarded low-speed operation before load testing.
