Five shared-station kits plus one spare is a planning target. Verify the exact c1 revision, manufacturer voltage/current limits, encoder-magnet placement, CAN-FD interface and firmware before purchasing; no INR quote or lab stock is confirmed. Controller peak ratings are not actuator continuous-duty ratings; cooling remains to be specified.

The README and parts list use moteus-c1, but the released Arduino angle example uses SimpleFOC, AS5600 and DRV8302-style ESP32 wiring. These are distinct control paths, not drop-in substitutes or ready-to-flash moteus firmware.

Size the supply, current limits, fuse, isolation, physical power disconnect and regenerative-energy handling as a reviewed system. Start on a guarded test fixture; do not infer safe human interaction from back-drivability.
