Layout notes
  • Keep all recorded occupied-chair/pull-out conflicts; do not claim comfortable simultaneous capacity.
  • Three table banks need a selected contained feeder method; no aisle/door/step floor crossings.
  • Optional one extra receptacle at each T3/T9/T6 needs approval.
  • Counter users must turn or relocate to view the presentation screen.
Revision, sources and future updates

Model publication: R06, 12 September 2026. FF02 C04 replaces the C03 insulated panels and opaque roof with aluminium-framed glazing and a glass roof. The first-floor Blender, CAD and FF02 extract are coordinated; other rooms and the ground floor are unchanged. S02 remains the published service plan and has not been recalculated for the glass enclosure. Original models and historical releases are preserved, with separate source and download hashes.

Changes require a coordinated export, room-plan regeneration, service-note review and tested website release. Saving a local Blender or CAD file does not automatically publish it. Pending or unreviewed models are never substituted silently.

Electrical and setup plan.

S02, 12 September 2026: sockets, lighting, air conditioning, AV, cameras, access doors and backup power for both floors, reconciled to the three-phase, 10 kW sanctioned (LT commercial) supply.

Planning estimate from the measured room programme and the 12 September 2026 decisions. Symbol positions are indicative and derived from the published CAD; a licensed contractor confirms positions, cable sizing, protection coordination and earthing on site. Not a certified electrical design, not an installed-services record, and not a fire or occupancy approval. S01 room service quantities remain the historical scenario.

Load scenarios against 10 kW

Maximum demand is billed on a 30-minute integrated basis, so short kettle cycles barely register while running ACs and bulk battery charging do.

Backup power and house rules

UPS. 3 kVA online double-conversion, about 2.7 kW at 0.9 power factor. Connected UPS load 3353 W, average 2218 W, 2 h at the average needs 4.93 kWh delivered. Recommended battery: 48 V 120 Ah LiFePO4 (5.8 kWh) minimum; 48 V 150 Ah (7.2 kWh) recommended for headroom. Lead-acid alternative: 4 x 12 V 200 Ah tubular at 48 V (9.6 kWh nominal, ~4.8 kWh usable at 50% DoD): meets 2 h only at average load, ~180 kg, needs a ventilated rack. Charger limited to about 500 W. Connected UPS load (3.25 kW) exceeds a 3 kVA unit; average (2.0 kW) fits. Rule: during an event the AV rides on the UPS while printer starts are held, or step up to 5 kVA.

Floor inverters. Ground: 2 kVA / 24 V pure sine with 2 x 12 V 150 Ah tubular (3.6 kWh nominal), covering GF lights, 8 BLDC fans, reception board, 2 commons duplex per rail, roughly 1.7 h. First: 1.5 kVA / 24 V pure sine with 2 x 12 V 150 Ah tubular (3.6 kWh nominal), covering FF lights, 3 BLDC fans, one duplex per cabin, roughly 2.4 h. AC, kitchen and workshop raw circuits are never on an inverter.

  1. Cabin ACs run at 25 to 26 C; hall ACs run only during events and cabin ACs go off by the event start.
  2. GPU training jobs are scheduled outside event hours; short inference or CAD work is fine any time.
  3. Kettle and microwave are on separate circuits and not used together during an event peak; no geysers or heaters anywhere.
  4. Battery chargers are current-limited and bulk-charge at night; after a daytime outage expect up to 1.3 kW of recharge on top of the running load.
  5. An energy monitor with per-phase clamps at the main DB shows live demand on the reception screen; at 9 kW it flags, at 9.5 kW the hall AC 2 contactor drops out.

The native FreeCAD files carry the reference architecture copied from the published CAD plus an “S02 Electrical” group with one object per symbol (room, kind and rating in the label, at mounting height). Fresh save and reopen passed for both documents (record). No AI-generated imagery.
